The company operates a Health and Safety Policy as follows: The company has a written Health and Safety policy, which is included in this document.
- The responsible Manager for Health and Safety is Mr Eddie O'Donoghue.
- Our company has never been served with any enforcement orders under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- There have been no accidents within our company resulting in any absence from work for any of our employees.
- There are no imminent or previous summonses or litigation relating to Health and Safety issues.
Policy Statement
Whether acting as a sub contractor to a principal contractor or as the principal contractor, we undertake to allocate sufficient resources (under the supervision of appropriately trained personnel) to carry out the duties as defined by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994.
Risk Assessment Procedures
Whenever it is considered necessary, written risk assessments will be prepared to identify hazards and evaluate the extent and likelihood of risks arising from them. Company appointed, competent persons would carry out risk assessments. The Safety Officer supervises these risk assessments and advises on the most appropriate protective and preventative measures.
